RhemaPulse provides AI-powered sermon transcription, analysis, and management tools for pastors, ministry leaders, and individuals. Our service includes audio transcription, content summarization, scripture detection, and organizational features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the sermon content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service, including through Cloudflare and Google Gemini. If you generate a devotional, a public link is created that anyone with the link can read. Review generated content before sharing it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

RhemaPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
