We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Your sermon library requires your account. Cloudflare stores application data and temporary audio; Google Gemini processes content for transcription and analysis. If you generate a devotional, RhemaPulse creates a public link that anyone with the link can use to read it.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and saved sermon content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Source audio is deleted after successful processing. Interrupted, failed, or canceled uploads may remain temporarily while they are retried or cleaned up. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
